This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Notification, to inform our users about personal data processed and transferred during the provision and development of various services within the scope of the Media Center website.

Your personal data regarding identity (name, surname, Tru ID), audio-visual records (profile photo) and contact (e-mail address, phone number) information collected through electronic forms on Membership and Profile screens are processed for purposes limited to membership/account creation and verification of contact information, customer relationship management, contract processes, loyalty to company/products/services, and communication activities.

We may transfer your personal data processed within the scope of membership/profile creation and membership processes for the purposes listed above in accordance with Article 8 of KVKK regarding domestic transfer and Article 9 regarding overseas transfer, and by taking the necessary technical and administrative measures;

• To authorized public institutions and organizations upon legal regulations and legislation requirements to fulfill our legal obligations when necessary,
• To our suppliers located abroad for the legal reason of "signing a standard contract".

Your personal data regarding identity (name, surname) and contact (e-mail address, phone number, request, suggestion and complaint information, message content) information collected through Togg official communication channels are processed for purposes limited to conducting communication activities, tracking requests/complaints, and conducting necessary research/reviews for support services regarding the subject of the request.

We transfer your personal data for the purposes listed above in accordance with Article 8 of KVKK and by taking the necessary technical and administrative measures to our suppliers located domestically and to authorized public institutions and organizations upon legal regulations and legislation requirements to fulfill our legal obligations when necessary.

In case of being subject to legal processes, your personal data collected during the provision of various services on the Media Center website are processed for purposes limited to conducting activities in compliance with legislation, following up and conducting legal affairs, and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, and are transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations upon legal regulations and legislation requirements to fulfill our legal obligations.

Regarding your personal data, the rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK:

• Learning whether personal data is processed,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK legislation,
• Requesting notification of the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
• Objecting to a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Claiming compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You have rights and may submit your rights and requests regarding your processed personal data to togg.kvkk@togg.com.tr using your e-mail address registered in our systems or to turkiyeninotomobili@hs01.kep.tr registered electronic mail (KEP) address using registered electronic mail (KEP) address and secure electronic signature or mobile signature.

The Privacy Notice may be updated in line with changing services and conditions within the scope of the Media Center website and regulatory developments.
